- We are especially excellent in electronics equipments repair and computer repair. Our prices are based on fixed rates per incidence. We do not charge by the hour. Please consult our price estimate page before booking your collection.

- We do not charge a fee for job evaluation. However upon the reception of your equipment, we will assume that your goal is to have the faulty equipment fixed. Where the equipment is fixable without the need to buy any replacement part, we will go ahead and fix it. After the equipment or product is repaired, we will get in touch with you to arrange for payment and the return the item to you

- Collection.

- We offer free nationwide collection of items for repair. Collection is normally through TNT, DHL, DPD or UPS. If you have not arranged for your item to be collected by us, please do not hand over your equipment to anyone on our behalf.

- Collection is free as advertised. However upon examination of your equipment, if we tender a report stating that we can effect a repair, if you decide not to go ahead with the repair, you will be liable for the shipping fees. Meaning collection and return fee totalling €36.

- Payment

- We accept payment by Bank Transfer or PayPal. We do not accept Cash on Delivery [COD] or cheque.

- Service fee is separate from replacement parts. All our services are based on fixed rates, depending on the type of product, the complexity of the repair and the price of replacement parts. For instance, Chipset repair, keyboard replacement, screen replacement, etc.

- We will only ship out a repaired item after payment has been received.

- Warranty.

- Hardware: All hardware repairs, i.e.; chipset repair, motherboard repair, etc carry a 3 months warranty. However we do not offer warranty for DC Jack repair, ditto broken laptop screen or laptop keyboards. If we replace a DC Jack, Laptop Screen or keyboard and the owner breaks this item soon after, we cannot be held responsible. Also if a laptop has come to us because it no longer charges the battery, after repair, if we found out that the owner has been using low quality universal adapter, and if we percieve that the adapter is responsible for the fault with the laptop, we will advise that the owner stop using the adapter and also that the owner buys an adapter with correct power output. However if the advice is not taken and if the machine should go down again soon after we have repaired it, we will not accept responsibilty. - Software : We do not offer any warranty for virus removal. We will advice you about websites that are generally considered unsafe for your computer. After cleaning a machine, if the owner should go on and visit high risk websites and then gets the machine infected again, we will not accept any resposibility.
